Touch free car wash to premiere at auto show
Dubai, April 26, 2010
US-based PDQ Manufacturing, a top manufacturer of touch free car wash systems, will make the worldwide debut of its new PDQ LaserJet product – a touch free car wash technology – at an upcoming automotive aftermarket event in Dubai.
Automechanika Middle East 2010, the leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket industry in the region, will take place from May 25 to 27 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
“We are delighted that international exhibitors are using our show as a platform to launch new products to the region and in this case it is a world first,” said Ahmed Pauwels, chief executive officer, Epoc Messe Frankfurt, event organiser.
PDQ is recognised as the world-leading manufacturer of touch free car wash systems with one of the most powerful brand names in the industry - LaserWash. It has expanded its product line to include the FeatherWash Hybrid car wash system, MaxAir dryers and WashTools tunnel equipment.
“The wider Middle East represents a very important market for us and Automechanika Middle East provides a great platform for reaching out to key customers and for securing business opportunities,” said Mike Savignac, president, PDQ.
With the use of Smart 360 Technology, the PDQ LaserJet product has become responsive to the dynamic conditions in the wash bay allowing the machine to "think for itself", increasing up-time and optimising the wash process, a statement said.
In all, the latest technology finally provides consumers with an automated touch free wash without getting out of their vehicle.
In addition, it raises the standard for car wash equipment with revenue enhancement and total cost of ownership improvements being amongst its main focus, the statement added. – TradeArabia News Service
