Arabian Auto launches 2011 Infiniti
Dubai, October 11, 2010
Arabian Automobiles, the sole distributor of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and Northern Emirates, has launched the all-new 2011 Infiniti M sedans.
The addition of the new M sedans follows an intensive period of new product launches for the Japanese luxury brand following last month’s introduction of the all-new Infiniti QX flagship SUV and the stylish Infiniti G37 Convertible model in March 2010, a statement said.
“The 2011 Infiniti M is a stunning addition to the fast expanding Infiniti product range and embodies all of the brand’s best thinking in design and quality to date,” said Michel Ayat, CEO of Arabian Automobiles.
“It’s a truly inspired design offering invigorating performance, luxurious comfort and the highest levels of craftsmanship and style ever offered in an Infiniti and I am confident it provides a compelling alternative to other European and Japanese luxury sedans.”
“A further sign of Arabian Automobiles’ commitment to the Infiniti brand is our recent confirmation that the construction of a dedicated Infiniti showroom is already in build on the Sheikh Zayed Road,” he added.
The over 14,000 sq ft showroom will be built to Infiniti’s ‘Iredi’ (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative) standard which places a high degree of focus on customer service, Ayat said.
“The new showroom is due for completion by the end of Q1 2011 and represents a significant investment for the AW Rostamani Group of companies” he concluded.
The 2011 Infiniti M will be offered in M37 and M56 model designations when it goes on sale at Arabian Automobiles this month.
The M37 features a refined 328hp 3.7-liter V6 engine with increased power and fuel economy (versus the previous generation M35’s 3.5-liter V6). The M56 also offers more power and better fuel economy from an all-new 402hp 5.6-liter V8 (versus the previous generation M45’s 4.5-liter V8), according to the statement.
Both the M37 and M56 engines feature Infiniti’s advanced VVEL (Variable valve event & lift) system and all models are equipped with a standard seven-speed automatic transmission. The M56 engine also utilizes Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) technology.
The M37 and M56 sedans come in rear-wheel drive configuration and in a choice of grade levels. The M37 can be specified in three different grades - Excellence, Luxury and Sport – while the M56 is available in two grades - Luxury and Sport.
The Sport grade M37 and M56 models secure a number of exterior and interior cosmetic enhancements as well as sport brakes, bigger 20-inch wheels and tires, magnesium paddle shifters and Infiniti’s 4-wheel active steer (4-WAS) system, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
