Tasjeel launches chassis testing service

Dubai, March 21, 2011

Tasjeel Auto Village in Sharjah, a joint venture of Enoc and Sharjah Police, has introduced a specialized, a state-of-the-art chassis inspection testing service.

Tasjeel Sharjah has installed an advanced Swedish Car-O-Tronic Vision chassis checking machine for undertaking the tests. Several vehicle inspectors have also been trained on the operation of the machine and in professional chassis evaluation. The chassis inspection charge is Dh350 ($95.30).

“The chassis checking machine is a great value addition for automobile users and customers, as it provides a reliable and accurate report on the condition of vehicles,” said Burhan Al Hashemi, managing director retail services, Enoc.

“It will benefit our customers in determining the value of their vehicles and ensuring they meet the necessary standards.”

Taleb Al Saleh, manager at Tasjeel, said that in the past the vehicle chassis was checked visually, which sometimes made it difficult to identify the vehicle’s condition.

“We introduced the service recently and the response has been extremely encouraging with the customers finding the chassis inspection tests of great convenience and value,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
