Bahrain race on track vows F1 chief

Manama, November 3, 2012

Formula One chief Bernie Ecclestone said he is “not concerned” about Bahrain once again hosting a Formula One race despite the ongoing clashes between security forces and street thugs.

The Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix went on this year without incident despite a lot of reports in the Western media expressing concerns over the safety of drivers and officials due to protests, said a report in the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication. – TradeArabia News Service
