Ebrahim K. Kanoo wins award from Toyota

Bahrain's leading automotive dealer Ebrahim K Kanoo has received the 2013 Toyota Customer Service Excellence Gold Award for the 3rd year in a row.

This award is in recognition of international standards of quality, precision and innovation in delivering customer service.

Masato Kosugi, the general manager of Overseas Service Operations at Toyota Motor Corporation handed over the award to Mohammed Kanoo, the chairman of Ebrahim K. Kanoo at a ceremony attended by the company’s top management.

“We value the high quality service provided by Ebrahim K. Kanoo to all Toyota and Lexus customers in Bahrain and the visionary management’s ongoing efforts to provide a wide network of Service Centers, Body and Paint Centers, Spare Parts," remarked Kosugi after handing over the award.

"We are very confident that Toyota and Lexus customers in the Kingdom are receiving the best quality service," he added.
