Motorcity launches new showroom

Motorcity, a leading automotive distributor, has opened a new dedicated showroom for Volvo, Subaru and Citroen brands.

Waleed Kanoo, chairman of Motorcity, welcomed guests at the launch and said: “Motorcity is a perfect example of synergy between various brands with different origins, different characteristics and strengths in the automotive industry.

“Motorcity is committed to its customers and will continue to expand its presence with dedicated sales and after sales service facilities, all aimed at serving the customer faster and better,” he added.

Dr Bijan Majidi, general manager, said: “The showroom is organized into three main dedicated areas for Volvo, Subaru and Citroen; each customised space hosts the full range of vehicles for the respective brand and represents the brand’s true values and identity.  Each brand is served by dedicated specialist sales consultants whose only focus is to provide a unique customer experience. In order to achieve this, we have introduced in our showroom specialized functions/desks, aimed at improving and simplifying the customer purchase process, including: test-drive, financial advisor, trade-in and customer relations desks.

"In addition, we have designed each showroom with a dedicated clients lounge area and in-house exclusive life style boutiques, presenting and selling the latest trend in fashion, accessories and high quality merchandise,” he said.

On the occasion of the new showroom launch, Motorcity has announced a very special offer on its entire range of brands and models.

Meanwhile, Motorcity has also  launched a new state-of-the-art interactive website.
