Nissan posts solid growth in Bahrain

Japanese automaker Nissan has announced its flagship sedan, Altima has captured 33.3 per cent of the car market in Bahrain and is the top-seller in the mid-size luxury sedan segment, said a report.
"It is not surprising that Nissan Altima is the market leader in Bahrain," Y K Almoayyed & Sons general manager Paul Baker was quoted as saying in the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.
"Altima has been the perennial favourite of families in Bahrain and the launch of the new model has moved sales into top gear," he noted.
The model tops the popularity chart for innovative features, great value and customer satisfaction, he said.
The new Altima is is offered in three 2.5-litre engine equipped models - 2.5S, 2.5SV and 2.5SL along with two 3.5-litre V6 models - 3.5SV and 3.5SL.
"The redesigned new Altima sedan is an embodiment of 'Innovation that Excites' and offers special powers for the driver," he said. "It combines new design, advanced style and comfort features, latest safety features and cutting edge automobile technology," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
