Euro Motors deploys EICR to lift customer service

Euro Motors, the official BMW Group importer in Bahrain, has implemented the latest EICR (Easy Interface Card Reader) technology across its BMW Group showroom in a move to enhance customer service experience.
The new EICR system is a unique technology product which simplifies smart card data entry, by automating it directly to the user application of any technology.
As a result, customers will be able see the benefit during the sales process as it completely eradicates the paperwork process at Euro Motors.
When a customer walks into the showroom, by simply inserting their Government National Identity Card, all of their personal information is immediately transferred onto the Euro Motors systems. It also brings up their past history showing if they have had previous relationships with the BMW Group importer – thus saving time which results in efficiency for both the customer and the staff.
