Amman, August 3, 2014

Jaguar Land Rover has launched a new business division, Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations, to focus on meeting the increasing expectations of discerning and enthusiastic car customers.

Under the lead of John Edwards, the Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations division will offer a range of products and services such as high specification vehicles that showcase the best of both brands, including high performance derivatives, ultra luxury products and limited run collector editions, the company said.

The division will also offer bespoke commissions and an extended choice of colour and trim specifications and accessories; heritage products including vehicle recreations, servicing and restorations, and the creation and provision of heritage vehicle parts; in addition to a new portfolio of branded goods that will engage with a wide audience of current and potential customers, it added.

Bruce Robertson, managing director of Jaguar Land Rover Mena, stated: “We know our customers here in the Mena region not only have a huge appetite for our luxury vehicles, but also for customisation and personalisation.  We have seen this in the unprecedented demand for our new Range Rover models, many of which were personalised to individual orders.”

“Launching a Special Operations division will further enhance our ability to offer bespoke products and develop a more personal relationship with customers here in the region,” he concluded – TradeArabia News Service
