MANAMA, June 26, 2016

Behbehani Brothers, a leader in the automotive business, said it has started construction of its new multi-storey car storage facility and logistics unit in Bahrain.

The project, a part of its strategic expansion programme, will help facilitate the expansion of the group’s operational function and offer further extended value-added services to its customers.

The contract has been awarded to leading construction company, Skyline Trading Corporation, in collaboration with Elevations Architects, SJM Engineering Consultants and Behbehani Solutions.

Scheduled for completion by first quarter of 2017, the facility will comprise a multi-storey car storage facility which can accommodate up to 1,000 cars, a public cafeteria, an additional nine quick service workbays, eight pre-delivery inspection bays, and a hitech workshop, said the company in a statement.

The facility will cater to customers of Volkswagen, Porsche, Cherokee, Jeep and Dodge who can enjoy a quick turnaround time for routine and minor service activities, it added.

Commenting on the project, Hussain Shirazi, the deputy executive director at Behbehani Brothers, said: "It is an investment which is an integral part of our long-term business strategy and we are pleased to announce that construction is underway."

"We represent a multi-franchise dealership of prestigious international brands, and this purpose-built multi-storey facility will facilitate us to streamline logistics, administration and ultimately deliver an even more efficient service delivery offer to our customers," stated Shirazi.

"We are committed to grow our business as well as bolster our services to our customers - convenience, speed, effectiveness and efficiency are all key aspects of our mantra," it added.-TradeArabia News Service
