New Infiniti QX60 features a host of upgrades

DUBAI, March 29, 2017

Infiniti, which unveiled the completely redesigned QX60 to the Middle East region last year, offers additional enhancements in the 2017 model that are aimed at empowering the driver with a more premium experience.

The first in a host of upgrades is on the QX60’s powerplant. The Intelligent All-Wheel Drive vehicle featuring the powerful yet efficient 3.5 litre V6 gasoline engine now delivers 295hp (+30hp) at 6,400 rpm with a torque output of 350NM (+24) at 4,800rpm.

Never compromising on convenience with the driver always in mind, the 2017 Infiniti QX60 also comes equipped with the Motion Activated Liftgate. This unique technology allows uses to simply swipe their foot in a ‘kicking motion’ under the rear bumper and this action causes the liftagate to open automatically – allowing for a true hands-free operation, said the company.

On the technology front, the QX60 also delivers in spades. Rear passengers can now enjoy a greater viewing pleasure with larger dual 8-inch headrest monitors. So too the infotainment system is improved with a single screen system with the signature Infiniti InTouch with Navigation. The audio system also gets an upgrade as the QX60 now come equipped with the new Bose Centre Point 2.0 Channel system with Driver Stage Audio.

The technology additions add to the suite of options already present in the QX60 that include Forward Emergency Braking (FEB) with Pedestrian Detection; Predictive Forward Collision Warning; Backup Collision Intervention and Around View Monitor. - TradeArabia News Service
