Al Masaood Automobiles, Abu Dhabi’s leading car dealership and exclusive distributor of Nissan in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region, has won the Global Nissan Aftersales Award (GNAA) 2020.  

 

The award is for overachieving Nissan’s aftersales business targets for fiscal year (FY) 2020 despite the pandemic, enabling it to outperform other Nissan dealers operating globally within its segment. 

 

Al Masaood Automobiles Aftersales team posted a significant achievement on business plan and set targets across all metrics. The company recorded an overachievement in parts purchase and parts sales volumes as well as service frequency targets in fiscal year 2020.

 

Improved customer retention and experience were noted during the period as well. Al Masaood Automobiles’ Nissan Aftersales Department recorded a notable overachievement in its customer satisfaction index in FY 2020, demonstrating anew the effectiveness of its strategic and holistic approach to providing premium customer experience.
