A fire at Kuwait's largest refinery has not affected the plant's operations, Kuwait's state news agency Kuna quoted an oil official as saying on Wednesday.
'We have controlled the fire without any casualties,' Kuna quoted Kuwait National Petroleum Company spokesman Mohammad Al-Ajami as saying.
'The operation of the refinery has not been affected by the accident.'
A fire broke out earlier at the 460,000 barrels per day Mina Al-Ahmadi refinery. - Reuters
