Dubai oil retailers Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc), Emirates Petroleum Products Company (Eppco) and Emarat, have reduced the price of diesel by 70 a gallon, in line with the dip in global oil prices, a report said.

'The price of diesel is now Dh14.55 a gallon, down from Dh15.25 a gallon,' an attendant at an Emarat filling station was quoted as saying in the Gulf News report.

This is the ninth straight price reduction since July 28 when diesel price was Dh19.25 a gallon on that date. Prices started falling steadily since then.
