Abu Dhabi to double refinery capacity by 2013

Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (Takreer) will complete a project to double the capacity of the UAE’s largest oil refinery by the end of 2013, an official said.
The Ruwais refinery expansion will be fully operational by the first-quarter of 2014, Takreer's general manager Jasem Ali al Sayegh said in a speech at the World Refining Association conference. – Reuters
