Abu Dhabi, November 27, 2013

Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (Taqa) has appointed Michael T McGuinty as its general counsel and company secretary.

He will report to Carl Sheldon, Taqa’s chief executive officer and will be a member of the executive management team, it said.
