Bahrain records highest power demand

Bahrain has registered its highest power demand this year at 3,040mw last Wednesday (June 11) at about 3pm, surpassing last year’s high by 123mw, Minister of State for Electricity and Water Affairs Dr Abdulhussain Mirza said yesterday.
Similarly, water production on that day hit a high of 168 million gallons compared with last year’s high of 160m, registered on July 23, he said in a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication. - TradeArabia News Service
