The area is still developing as a hotel hub with many high-end hotels at present in construction. This area also has a metro station which is managed by the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA).

The concept of district cooling has been adopted by several areas and projects in Dubai as an effective and efficient system of air-conditioning that can reduce the percentage of carbon dioxide emissions remarkably.

Empower’s excellent track record in delivering safe, reliable and environment-friendly district cooling solutions has enhanced the trust n district cooling solutions.

“District cooling is the way forward to tackle climate change and move towards a green economy. It is cost-effective, reduces the carbon footprint and provides much better cooling. It is noted that district cooling solutions consume up to 50 per cent less power compared to conventional cooling solutions. In a region where cooling solutions are required almost round the year, district cooling is the perfect solution,” added Bin Shafar.-TradeArabia News service
