Bin Shafar ... making it easier for our customers to manage
their account

Empower in new payment deal with ENBD

DUBAI, June 7, 2017

Dubai-based Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) has launched a payment facility for its customers through Emirates NBD (ENBD) bank’s ATMs and cash deposit machines (CDMs) across the country.

This new service is part of wider customer relation management (CRM) initiatives currently being implemented by the leading district cooling services provider.

It will allow Empower’s more than 65,000 customers to perform almost all the activities related to their district cooling consumption bills, such as viewing the outstanding amount, statements, making payments and getting a receipt at ENBD’s more than 500 ATMs and CDMs in the UAE, said the company in a statement.

Additionally, customers can make payment by depositing cash or if the customer has an ENBD account through an online transfer, using the ATM/CDM, it added.

Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower, said: “At our company we aim to provide all the sophisticated facilities to our customers to ease the payment processes.”

“The new facility, combined with many other modes of payments already made available, will not only drive customer engagement to new levels, but also cater to the increasing expectations of our customers and reinvent the role of ATMs in the fast changing omni-channel world that we live in,” he noted.

“Advances in technology not only facilitate ease of convenience, but also make it easier for customers to manage their account from anywhere, anytime. Our strategic partnership with Emirates NBDwill help our customers manage and pay their bills from any corner in an instant,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
