Elsewedy Electric unit wins Egypt port substation deal

Elsewedy Electric, a leading provider of integrated energy solutions in Africa and the Middle East (MEA), has announced that one of its subsidiaries has signed a contract to build an industrial district substation of Port Said in Egypt.
Elsewedy Electric for Trading & Distribution said the turnkey agreement is on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis with a total value of E£550 million ($32 milllion).
The EPC contract will be implemented over a 10-month period commencing from the date of delivery of the land and receive the advance payment which comes later.-TradeArabia News Service
