Leminar seals partnership with cloud company Zoho

DUBAI, October 9, 2019

Leminar Air Conditioning Company, one of the largest HVAC distribution companies in the region, has signed a partnership deal with global cloud software provider Zoho to help power its digital transformation.

A member of the Al Shirawi Engineering Services Group of Companies, Leminar represents some of the leading brands in the HVAC industry such as Rheem, S&P, Weicco, Georg Fischer, Hattersley, Frese, Mueller, Twin City, Napco, Armacell, Winters, Emerson and Kimmco.

After having a wonderful experience using Zoho CRM for two years, Leminar said it recently migrated to Zoho One, where apart from Zoho CRM, it has also started using custom application builder, Zoho Creator and BI software, Zoho Analytics.

Headquartered in Texas (US), Zoho One is the operating system for business mainly designed to run an entire organisation - from sales and marketing, finance and HR, operations and business intelligence, and more - all on a unified technology platform.

Zoho One, comprising over 45 applications, breaks down departmental silos and helps drive smarter decision-making. It can be customised with powerful service options and it grows to fit each business' needs and goals, leading to shorter time-to-value and overall success.

"As part of our digital transformation, we have migrated to Zoho One to incorporate all processes related to the sales cycle," remarked Kartik J. Raval, the general manager, Leminar Air Conditioning Company.

"Zoho One meets our requirements and offers a robust platform for our sales staff. Zoho CRM combined with Creator and Analytics serves as an important tool for our sales and marketing strategy," he stated.

"Moving our sales processes to Zoho's platform has helped us in improving the enquiry to quotation process, and standardise our estimation process of all the brands we represent globally. It also enables our sales team to access customer details on their mobile,” he added.

Hyther Nizam, the president for MEA region at Zoho Corp, said: "As Leminar expands its presence in the region, we are confident that Zoho’s ecosystem will help them to truly harness the power of cloud technology to accelerate their growth."

A private company with more than 7,000 employees, Zoho Corporation has its international headquarters in Chennai, India.

“As all the products in Zoho One are built on the same technology stack, they integrate easily and the flow of information from one system to another is seamless, providing incredible value to our customers,” he stated.

Zoho also announced the opening of its new, bigger office in the Internet City, Dubai. The Middle East and Africa (MEA) region is the highest growing region for the company, led by the UAE, which saw over 100% growth earlier this year.

The company recently held its first Zoholics (user conference) in South Africa, as a part of its expansion. It has also planned two debut events in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain next month to solidify its presence in the region.

"We are very committed to the region and this is evident in our increased activities and steady growth,” said Ali Shabdar, regional director, MEA, Zoho Corp.

"We will be moving to a new office in the upcoming weeks to better support our expansion in the region. This new space in the heart of Dubai Internet City will serve as the headquarters for MEA supporting our clients as well as our growing network of partners," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
