Sabic, Noga lead Circular Carbon Economy webinar

"CCUS – a Strategy for Petro-economies of the GCC", a webinar featuring speakers from Sabic and Noga will take place today (November 24) at 2:00 pm (Riyadh time - GMT +3). 
 
The webinar led by Dr Abdulaziz Al-Jodai and Eng Hussain Makki, experts from Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (Sabic) and National Oil & Gas Authority, Bahrain (Noga) will look at CCU technology and provide an insight into the technology options to be deployed in CCU, storage and transport, scale-up and commercialisation, the latest research and findings from carbon capture projects, market predictions, business opportunities, and unlocking the economic potential of CCUS in the GCC. 
 
The webinar is free to registered attendees and will be moderated by Bandar Ali Murad Reda, Secretary General and CEO of The Arab British Chamber of Commerce and Larissa Lee Beck, CCUS Policy Innovation Director of the Clean Air Task Force from the US.

Dr Al-Jodai a US UOP engineering fellow, with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and MS degree in Industrial Management WVU USA, is leading the contribution of Sabic at the webinar.
 
Dr Al Jodai is a named inventor of numerous patents at SABIC, mainly in plant-wide chemical process development, renewable energy and environmental fields. said the organisers.
