The Yeouido Cherry Blossom Festival, which was originally scheduled from April 13 to 20, has been rescheduled to start this Thursday for a ten-day run, according to local media. The first blooming of cherry blossoms in Seoul came earlier than usual due to unusually high temperatures. It is the first time in 92 years that cherry blossoms have bloomed in March in Seoul, according to the Korean Meteorological Administration. Reuters/Kim Hong-Ji
