Crews from 10 nations compete in the final stage of the extreme sailing series on Sydney Harbour on December 14. The racing series has taken place in eight venues around the world on 40-foot (12 metre) catamarans with the hulls flying out of the water in as little as 8 knots (15kph) of breeze.
