A new human resource-centered initiative was launched this week at a conference held at the Head Office of Dubai Customs (DC).

'Shokran' aims at creating a positive work environment, focusing on the basic element i.e. the human resources, in order to to enhance productivity and efficiency.

In the same regard, Buti Abdullah Al Jumairi, executive director of Human Resources, Finance and Administration Division at DC honored a number of employees who supported the HR Department and contributed to the success of the projects and initiatives of the department.
