MRHE expands managerial team

In line with the vision of vice-president and prime minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MRHE) has made a further six appointments to its managerial team.

In an attempt to achieve MHRE’s strategic goals and in line with its new employment strategy, the establishment is increasing the number of qualified and young nationals to the current workforce, particularly at management level.

The managing board has appointed managerial positions to the following nationals; Huda Mohammed Al Falasi will head human resources as well as preparing for her Masters in Human Resources in Strategic Management at Dubai’s Australian University. She has already completed a Bachelors Degree in Marketing Media from Zayed University, held several leading positions in Dubai Media Corporation and is a member of Dubai Government employment team.

Professor Noora Zainel Al Khaja, who has a Bachelors Degree in Literature from Emirates University specialising in Sociology and Social Services, and having worked at Dubai Municipality, will now head the donations department.

Professor Samiha Hashim Bany Yas will be the department head of social studies. She has a Higher Studies Diploma in Contemporary Affairs and Psychological Counselling from Cairo University as well as another in General Education from the same institution. In addition, she also has a Bachelors Degree in Social Humanitarian Studies from Emirates University and worked as a Social Specialist in Dubai Police.

Asma Moosa Mohammed Abdul Rahman, head of the establishment’s performance department, has a Masters Degree in Establishment Excellency and a Bachelors in Business Administration as well as having completed the Management Preparation Program at California’s Berkeley University in the US. She previously worked in Public Prosecution and Dubai Municipality.

Talal Mohammed Ahmed Al Ali, head of pperations and technical support department, has a Diploma from the Higher Technology College and certificates in Executive Management from Zayed University and Yale, as well as several other Management courses. Mr. Al Ali has extensive experience from his previous roles in various Ministries, Government bodies and Institutions.

Khalid Al Naqby, head of maintenance, has a Bachelors Degree from Emirates University in Civil Engineering and previously worked for the Ruler’s Bureau as well as Dubai Municipality.

Moreover, the establishment’s conclusion and strategic goals have resulted in these appointments after having undergone a series of required procedures.  The aim of the aforementioned gives the young and qualified nationals the opportunity to undertake leader positions within MRHE, thus contributing to the success of achieving the establishment’s vision, mission and strategic goals.
