Zabeel Properties, the property arm of Zabeel Investments, has unveiled Dubawi Island Resorts and Spa resort, a stunning new island development being built off the crescent of Palm Jumeirah.
The leaf-shaped Dubawi Island Resorts and Spa resort will boast of a luxury hotel and some of the most exclusive residences in Dubai. All the waterfront villas will be constructed in a tropical island setting.
Dubawi rekindles the original name for a resident of Dubai before becoming part of the newly formed United Arab Emirates.
The Dubai-based boutique developer said it will unveil full details of the project before the end of the year, though piling work on the island has already been completed. The project is due for completion in 2010.-TradeArabia News Service
