Motorola unveils Razr2 in Saudi Arabia
Jeddah , September 9, 2007
Motorola has introduced RAZR2, the company’s iconic feature phone, in Saudi Arabia.
Available across Saudi Arabia later this month, the Motorola RAZR2 is set to become a must-have communications device, said a spokesman. The growth of the country’s telecommunications sector and the increasingly sophisticated tastes of consumers in Saudi Arabia make this an ideal time for the Motorola RAZR2 to make its debut.
“With the modern style and powerful performance of RAZR2, Motorola is once again redefining the cell phone for Saudi Arabia’s most style-conscious consumers,” said Haitham Badaoui, general manager of sales, Motorola Mobile Devices in Saudi Arabia.
“This device takes one of Saudi Arabia’s best-ever-selling feature phones to the next level. Combining groundbreaking new features and an even slimmer exterior than the original icon, the RAZR2 will deliver to regional consumers the ultimate mobile experience.”
The eagerly-awaited Motorola RAZR2 includes cutting-edge features such as CrystalTalk technology, up to 512 MB of on-board memory, Web browsing, and ultra-fast menu navigation, all packed into a slimmer, stronger, sleeker design.
“While consumers in Saudi Arabia have many more choices in terms of communications devices than were available when we launched the first Motorola RAZR in the Kingdom, we’re confident that the RAZR2 will rapidly become one of the country’s must-have handset for the second half of 2007 and well beyond. It’s miles ahead of other mobiles in terms of the style it signifies,” added Badaoui.-TradeArabia News Service
