LG Electronics has won a Dh30 million contract from Star Giga to deploy its HomNet smart home technology in one of its projects.

Star Giga, a joint venture between Mazyood Giga and ETA Star, will install the system in Goldcrest Dreams 3, Ajman’s first ‘smart building’.

As per the terms of the contract, LG HomNet will deploy its Home and Community management solutions for the project, billed to further underline the growing importance of smart home solutions in the booming real estate market in the GCC.

Goldcrest Dreams 3, the first smart project in Ajman, comprises ultra-modern residential towers fully furnished with contemporary furniture. The project is equipped with LG HomNet's home management solutions offering safe and efficient living. The new residential project features fully equipped one, two and three-bedroom apartments, offering buyers a unique opportunity to experience an unrivalled lifestyle.

LG HomNet offers home solutions such as access control at the household and common entrances, notifications of visitors during the absence of the owners, and many other unique and convenient features.
