Sahara Centre unveils Sharjah Spring Promotion
Sharjah, January 23, 2008
Sahara Centre, a leading family shopping and entertainment destination in the UAE has unveiled a unique and exciting campaign for Sharjah Spring Promotion (SSP) 2008.
The spring promotion will run parallel to the Dubai Shopping Festival from January 24 to February 24 at the Sahara Centre, one of Sharjah’s prominent landmarks.
The mall's ‘Don’t Wait to Win’, promotion campaign gives shoppers at Sahara Centre an opportunity to win cash prizes up to Dh20,000 on week days, (Sunday to Wednesday between 11am and 1pm).
The uniqueness of the SSP is that the campaign gives each and every shopper at Sahara Centre a chance to win instantly and grab prizes enjoying the festivity of the month, said an official.
'As part of the ‘Don’t Wait to Win’ promotion, a mystery Radio Presenter from Al Rabia Radio Station will be on lookout for shoppers with shopping bags and ask random questions. The shoppers will then be told to choose one envelope from the 10 presented. Each envelope contains one question and a prize, every correct answer wins an on-the-spot instant cash prize,' Jean Pierre Nammour, Sahara Centre managing director said.
The mall also offers a grand raffle with Toyota FJ Cruisers on offer. Shoppers spending Dh200 or above at any outlet in the mall will be entitled to a raffle coupon with a chance to win the stylish FJ Cruiser.
The mall is giving away three FJ Cruisers – one to be raffled every 10 days – as part of the month-long promotion.
Besides the great prizes, the mall is also hosting the International Kids Tap dancers and a mini-play with sea creatures as main characters for kids to keep the fun alive at all times.
Rima Chammas, marketing manager of Sahara Centre, said: “As part of our Sharjah Spring Promotion, we have designed a dynamic retail promotion which aims to create a buzz among the shoppers and make Sahara Centre the best option for the ultimate shopping experience.'-TradeArabia News Service
