Muscat City Centre draws Over 1.5m visitors
Muscat

Muscat City Centre (MCC) has once again proved to be the most popular place this summer with the mall attracting over 1.5 million visitors at the end of the fifth week of its ‘Shop and Drive in Style’ summer promotion.

Oman’s first and largest shopping destination, Muscat City Centre, houses over 144 top brands as well as destination stores such as Carrefour hypermarket and Magic Planet.

The mall offers the strongest retail mix including several international brands such as GAP, Hugo Boss, Zara, Zara Home and Borders bookstore. Ninety five per cent of these brands have made their entry into Oman retail market for the first time.

MCC’s 45-day summer promotion ends on July 15. Draws are held each day giving away vouchers worth RO250 ($649) along with two grand prizes – the Volkswagen Tourag and Tiguan - at the end of the promotion, said a MCC reperesentative.

'For winning , all customers need to do is spend RO25 at any of Muscat City Centre’s outlets. When they spend the same amount at any of its East Wing stores, winning chances increase as shoppers get twice the coupons for the same amount,' he explained.

'Away from the heat, MCC, is tucked into a world-class facility, and visitors can be seen shopping leisurely, taking advantage of the special summer offers and discounts at numerous stores while children and young adults keep themselves busy with some gaming action at Magic Planet.'

After an enjoyable shopping and entertainment spree, the entire family can then enjoy one of the 22 destinations at the food and beverage court including the newly opened authentic Italian restaurant Biella and Noodle House.-TradeArabia News Service
