As the iconic Bahrain City Centre prepares to open its doors this month, it has recruited two teams specially dedicated to provide the best in customer service.

Once open, visitors to the mall will be met by a “greeter” team member.  Dressed in bright green T-shirts, this team will help visitors find their way around the 1.5 million square feet of space and get to where they want to go.

The other ‘customer service’ team will be positioned throughout the centre to help visitors get the best of Bahrain's premier shopping, leisure and entertainment destination once inside, said a statement.

Visitors from the Kingdom, will be invited to journey through the Centre this month, as retailers begin to open their stores to make it the ultimate retail, entertainment and lifestyle destination.-TradeArabia News Service
