Continental AG has signed a distribution agreement with Emirates for Universal Tyres, for passenger, light truck and commercial vehicle tyres in the UAE.

Continental's new business unit MENENA will work towards business development in the Mena region, according to the Gulf News.

Emirates for Universal Tyres, a part of the Abdulla AlMasaood & Sons Group of Companies, was formed to develop the Continental business in the UAE.
