KOJ Group launches Italian fashion brand
Dubai, July 9, 2009
Kamal Osman Jamjoom (KOJ) Group, a leading multi-channel retail group, recently launched the Italian fashion brand LIST by opening its first store in Burjuman Mall in Dubai.
LIST represents sophisticated Italian fashion that has a unique style and accessible sophistication. The collection is feminine, trendy and exciting. The assortment skillfully balances playfulness and sobriety, curves, geometry, elegance and audacity.
The LIST product collections encompass a total look which includes shimmering dresses to hand-made purses, from silk scarves to seductive stilettos.
“We are proud and excited to bring LIST into the region as it is in line with our innovative growth plans and our aim is to make LIST a leader in accessible Italian fashion for women across the entire GCC,” said Jameel Jamjoom from KOJ Group.
“LIST will open its second store in Jeddah before Ramadan and the development plan should see a further 15 LIST stores opening across GGC Markets within the next three years,” he added.
“We are excited about our first venture into the Gulf Region and we are glad that we have found a right partner in KOJ to represent us,” said Barbara Somogyiova, director of international sales, LIST Fashion Group. “We look forward to a long and productive partnership.”
All LIST collections are presented in two seasons: Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter with two distinct categories: Prêt-A-Porter and Cruise.
Prêt-a-porter is a more casual daily wear collection that revolves around shirts, blouses, pants, jeans, skits, easy dresses, jackets and such like. Cruise is the more elegant collection intended especially for sophisticated events and celebrations, but also for day occasions where a woman has a desire to look special.
The vast majority of LIST apparel is made in Italy, in and around Rome. Accessories, such as such as bags, shoes, belts and all leather items are made in Tuscany by artisan producers. Some knitwear is produced outside of Italy in order to offer competitive pricing. – TradeArabia News Service
