Bin Hindi upgrades Samsung service centre

Bin Hindi Informatics, the exclusive distributor for Samsung mobiles, laptops and printers in Bahrain, recently upgraded the Samsung Service Centre to Samsung Customer Service Plaza.

The move comes in line with the international guidelines put forward by Samsung Gulf Electronics.

The newly upgraded facility will create greater convenience to Samsung customers, a statement said.

“The upgrading of this Samsung Service Plaza here is a fulfillment of our corporate philosophy of Customer Satisfaction No 1,” said A Aziz Bin Hindi, general manager of Bin Hindi Informatics.

“It is the guiding philosophy that continues to motivate and urge us to reach even greater standards of customer satisfaction," he added.

Bin Hindi Informatics, Samsung Service Centre was awarded the second position in MEA region for their performance this year measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) set forth by Samsung Gulf Electronics, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
