Alshaya joins STC loyalty programme

MH Alshaya Company, a leading franchise operator for more than 55 of the world’s most recognized retail brands, has signed up for Saudi Telecom Company’s Qitaf loyalty programme.

The agreement is part of STC’s commitment to its 20 million Qitaf customers and offers them the opportunity to redeem electronic coupons in all Alshaya outlets across the Kingdom.

The brands under MH Alshaya Company include many of the top fashion and footwear, casual dining, health and beauty, pharmaceutical, optics, home furnishings and office supplies brands.

The agreement was signed by CEO Jameel Al-Molhem and Saud Alshaya, director general of MH Alshaya Company.

The Qitaf programme has achieved tremendous success since its launch and has become the leading loyalty programme in the Middle East.

With over 35 partners and more than 150 local and international trademarks, Qitaf serves the day-to-day retail needs of all of its customers across 3,300 outlets in Saudi.
"The customer has always been the top priority for Qitaf; its partners are carefully selected and the programmes are structured to meet customers’ expectations and needs," said Al Molhem.

"With Qitaf, customers can transfer points to their loved ones or other customers and in return, take advantage of STC services or redeem the points at partners’ outlets," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
