Client Concept opens service center in Dubai

Client Concept, a part of UAE-based Al Khayyat Investments, has opened a new service center in Dubai to handle technical support and after sale service for purchasers of Rowenta, Krups, Tefal and Moulinex products.

Client Concept is also the commercial representative for SEB Groupe, the France-based manufacturer of small household equipment.

The new service center, located on Port Saeed Road in Deira, will offer repairing facility for four top brands - Rowenta, Krups, Tefal and Moulinex, said a company statement.

The facility will cater to their products of food preparation, electric cooking appliances, home cleaning, baby care devices, personal care products, floor care products, coffee preparations products and cookware and kitchen ware products.

Rowenta creates home appliances such as steam irons, steam generators, vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, hair styling or beauty appliances with a streamlined design.

Krups Company produces a large variety of household appliances, while Tefal, the non-stick cookware inventor, is a leader not only in cookware but also in small domestic equipment including steamers, toasters, deep fryers, steam irons and pressure cookers.

Moulinex is a French manufacturer of small household appliances like food processors, hand mixers, blenders, breadmakers, fryers - steam irons, vacuum cleaners and other small household appliances and services.

“We are pleased to announce the opening of this new service center that will help us to pursue highest standards of customer service and to better respond to our consumers,” said Frederic Fleureau, operation manager of Client Concept.

“The location has been carefully chosen as it is easily accessible to customers all over the UAE. The new centre emphasizes our commitment to provide our customers with a very reliable and convenient service,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
