Tefal launches new site for ME customers

Tefal, one of the industry leaders in small kitchen appliances, has announced the launch of a new website for its consumers in the Middle East, in line with its commitment toward its regional customers.
Tefal website for the Middle East has been launched in Arabic, while English and French are provided, a statement from the company said. The new website is designed to bring the visitors to any inquiries regarding Tefal, including the decision of purchasing, servicing, and other product related queries, and food recipes.
“Creating an online platform for customers and providing them with information on Tefal products in the Middle East and Africa was one of the important reasons of launching the website,” said Shonila Misra, marketing director of Groupe SEB Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
“We strongly believe in reaching out to our wide-spread consumers around the region, and through our website, we will ensure we are always in touch with them to bring our technologies and healthy eating habits to their internet surfing experience.”
The Tefal website will include food recipes that can be used by Tefal products such as Actifry 2in1, as well as other recipes that can be segmented according to the consumers’ tastes such as egg free, dairy free, low fat, low sugar and vegetarian recipes.
Moreover the website is providing customers with recipes that can be segmented according to time, cuisine and served plates.
“Tefal’s website will offer guidance to our consumers, as they will not only find the available products in the Middle East and Africa regions, but also will find all kind of services regarding the product such as, close points of sale to buy their products with the contact details of the distributors; the after-sale service centers; and frequently asked questions,” Misra said.
Some of the user manuals of Tefal products will be available on the website to show consumers how to best clean and use their products.
Building on Tefal’s global commitment to protecting the environment, a dedicated page on the website has been created around health and the environment, to show how healthy materials are used in an environmentally friendly manner. – TradeArabia News Service
