Dubai, November 11, 2013

Tejuri.com, an online shopping mall in the UAE, is expanding its operations to other countries in the GCC including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

To make it easier for all citizens in the Gulf to browse and shop in their native language, it is offering a 100 per cent Arabic shopping experience for Arab shoppers, said a statement.

It offers some of the best deals on a variety of products including computers and electronics, health and beauty, fashion, home furniture, sport gadgets, books and movies, and food items for pets, it said.

The products offered are genuine and certified by the chamber of commerce of Dubai, it said.

Optimistic statistics from ‘Visa’ show an enormous growth in online sales in GCC, said a study.

Quality products, unique ideas, safe and secured payments, fast delivery and great customer support, are some of the many parameters shoppers look for when buying online. Good reputation build customer loyalty and viral reach helps online shops get new customers through word of mouth and social media.

A survey of existing Tejuri customers showed a high level of satisfaction for live chat support and timely delivery, said the statement.

“I was being assisted by Tejuri’s live chat support the minute I picked some books to buy, to the moment I received them at my doorstep. They called me once I paid to confirm and asked me for the appropriate timing of delivery. The courier delivered the books to me on time and again called to make sure if everything was fine. That gave me lots of reasons to trust Tejuri in my next purchases” said Faten, a regular customer of Tejuri.com from Dubai. - TradeArabia News Service
