Egypt’s largest e-commerce website Souq.com has announced the launch of its exclusive tablet, QTAB.
The tablet will be sold exclusively throughout the region on Souq.com, said the company at 'Cairo ICT 2013' show, Egypt’s premiere annual telecommunications and information technology (IT) onference and exhibition.

With its sleek, lightweight design, 7.9-inch screen, Quad Core-Cortex A7 processor, and high-resolution camera, the QTAB is ideal for all the tablet needs, including games, chat, browsing, music, and digital sharing.
Souq.com said similar in quality to other higher priced tablets on the market, QTAB offers a solution that is affordable from a pricing perspective.
“Our goal behind the QTAB was twofold: First, we wanted to offer high-quality access to mobile content via tablet devices for our Souq.com customers; second, we wanted this access to be more affordable than the high-end devices currently available in the market,” said Omar Elsahy, the general manager at Souq.com Egypt.
“It is for these reasons that the QTAB’s price point attractively priced, while equipped with a range of features comparable to higher priced devices,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
