Majid Al Futtaim unveils new logo

Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, retail and leisure pioneer across the Mena, celebrated a brand new chapter in the company’s evolution with the launch of its new logo.

More than 450 guests were treated to a gala dinner at The Atlantis Hotel, on The Palm Jumeriah, Dubai on Tuesday.  

The glamorous event was hosted by Hermoine Murcura and Omar Bin Butti and marked the launch of the company’s new brand direction where a new visual identity was revealed that will unite the diverse group of companies under one umbrella corporate brand.

In keeping with the vision and purpose of the company’s founder, Majid Al Futtaim, who once said: “My dream is to create great moments for everyone, every day”, distinguished guests were treated to a thrilling fusion of music, dance and theatre created by international choreographer Danny Lee.

Brought together for one night only, fusion act Momentum wowed the audience against the backdrop of the new visual identity and symbolic M, which stands for Majid, said a company statement.

The performance featured acts such as Amy Sophia from The Act Dubai, Gari Deegan who appeared on The Voice Ireland, Zeina Aftimos of Star Academy and Khalil Ghadri, lead singer of Fusion Beat.

Guests were thrilled and delighted when they were treated to a winter wonderland with snow falling from the roof of the ballroom, marking the success of Majid Al Futtaim’s iconic Ski Dubai, and plans for further snow parks across the wider Mena region, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
