Nawras to launch new Galaxy S5 in Oman

Nawras, the leading telecom provider in Oman and an Ooredoo company, will launch the all new Samsung Galaxy S5 in Oman on April 11.

The flagship handset’s launch part of the ongoing Nawras Smartphone Festival.

Nawras will offer the new Galaxy S5 in a variety of colours and the device is packed with great features. It is Samsung’s most advanced smartphone yet, packed with a list of features that easily impress. The handset has a 16 Megapixel camera that has the fastest autofocus of any smartphone camera at 0.3 seconds, along with a 2 megapixel front-facing camera.

It is also the first smartphone to have an integrated heart rate monitor, letting you keep track of your health and fitness-level anywhere.

Another new addition is a fingerprint scanner, removing the need for passwords and allowing you to use your fingerprint to access all your internet accounts. To ensure you never run out of power, the S5 comes with an Ultra power saving mode to make it last as long as you need. The Galaxy S5 also sports an IP67 waterproof rating makes it resistant to sweat, sand, dust and immersion in water up to 1 metre.
