US jewellery group Icing opens in Kuwait

Icing, a popular US retailer of fashionable jewellery and accessories, made its Middle Eastern debut with the launch of a store in Kuwait this week.
Opening at the prestigious Grand Avenue, The Avenues, the new store, which will be operated by MH Alshaya Company, represents the brand’s first expansion outside the Americas, said the US retailer.
Curated for stylish women in their twenties and thirties, Icing offers jewellery, accessories and cosmetics suitable for all occasions. Icing’s wide selection includes statement necklaces, earrings, handbags and a range of cosmetics that are all fashion forward and affordably priced, it added.

Founded in 1996, Icing as of February 1, operates 400 stores across North America.
