Leading American denim brand Levi’s said its outlet located in the Dubai Mall has won the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme Award (DSES).

There are currently 16 Levi’s stores operating in the region with the Al Madani Group serving as the brand’s exclusive distributor for UAE and Oman.

Mohammed Al Madani, group chairman and CEO of the Al Madani Group, accepted the award from Sami Al Qamzi, director general of the Department of Economic Development Dubai, in the presence of government officials and other guests.

Established in 2002, the DSES aims at raising customer service standards in the Emirate, the award is a benchmark that recognises businesses offering a blend of quality and business ethics with excellent services for their customers, said a statement from the company.

Speaking on the win, Al Madani said: “We are honoured on receiving the award, especially since the brand boasts of a culture fuelled by strong values and hard work.”
