Majid Al Futtaim in key women empowerment drive

Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall and leisure pioneer across Mena, is encouraging regional talents to join its team by demonstrating skill development opportunities and the empowerment of female executives.

Majid Al Futtaim’s human resources department highlights the example of City Centre Me’aisem, which opened in 2015 through the efforts of a team of outstanding women managing the mall’s successful launch.

From their diverse backgrounds and varied experience in operations, marketing, retail design and project management, the team of talented female executives introduced City Centre Me’aisem as a shopping, entertainment and dining destination created specifically for the needs of surrounding communities.

Joining Ahli on the opening team for City Centre Me’aisem were a diverse group of women including Nada Abou Saab, marketing director; Siham Salloum, associate marketing manager; Nermeen Negm, senior marketing manager; Sarah Wehbi, marketing manager; Misba Mithwani, senior manager, Retail Design Management, Camilla Hicks, senior manager leasing, and Begoña Jiménez de Cárdenas, Manager - Retail Design Management.
