Huawei launches ‘VIP’ service for P20 Pro customers in Saudi

RIYADH, May 23, 2018

Huawei Consumer Business Group has launched a ‘VIP’ service for its customers in Saudi Arabia through its authorised service centres for any customer purchasing the Huawei P20 Pro with Huawei Saudi Arabia warranty.

The new service offers consumers free damaged screen replacement warranty during the first 6 months from the date of purchase, said a statement.

These services also provide Huawei customers free engraving by advanced laser graphics on the device to suit the personality of the device owner and it is possible for customers to engrave the drawings they want, whether they are personal pictures, preferred team pictures or even personal names, it said.

The customers are eligible also for free device hygiene service twice during warranty period for the device under Huawei VIP Services Programme, it added.

In addition, the company announced “Huawei Flex” which is a free drop off service in which customer can drop his device for service in more than 300 locations across kingdom for Huawei device under Saudi Arabia warranty to be send for Huawei Authorized service centre for warranty repair and return, it said.
