Better Homes launches 5-star apartments
Dubai, January 21, 2008
Better Homes, a leading realtor in the region, announced the opening of five-star standard serviced apartments as part of its rapidly developing short-term rentals division.
The “luxury for less” concept offered by Emerald Hotel Apartments is aimed at business and leisure travellers who want five star quality standards and facilities without the five star prices, said a company official.
Managed by a team of experienced hospitality professionals brought in by Better Homes, the apartments come with 24-hour security, reception and regular housekeeping.
Having opened for business at the beginning of the year, the brand new fully-furnished apartments offer a central location within close proximity of Dubai Healthcare city, all of the major business districts and Dubai International Airport.
Each apartment comes with fully-equipped kitchen, plasma TV and DVD player plus IDD and internet facilities. Guests will also be able to take advantage of the building’s swimming pool and gym.
“With a boom in tourism and hotel occupancy levels reaching an all-time high in Dubai,
Better Homes has ventured into the hospitality field with the launch of Emerald Hotel Apartments,” Tatjana Drief, Manager of Better Homes Short-term rentals division said.
“The short-term rentals market has proven very successful with visitors looking for more convenience and a home away from home.”
“With Emerald Hotel Apartments we are taking the format to the next level by offering the added flexibility of shorter stays, from one night upwards, as well as providing additional services and still offering our clients value for money,” Drief added.-TradeArabia News Service
