Etihad Airways, the UAE's national airline, is further expanding its global reach from Kuwait by introducing new fares and improved connectivity via Abu Dhabi to different destinations that cover North American, Europe, Asia and Australian regions.

Etihad’s newly-launched frequency flight from Kuwait now provides new connectivity timings to a wide range of regions that cater to the demands of passengers travelling from the country, said a top airline official.

'With fares on its coral economy class starting from KD40 ($141) to India and Pakistan, KD250 ($887) to Australia, and KD100 ($355) to the Far East, Etihad, has set its strategy to enhance its extensive route network around the world and position itself as a serious contender for other major carriers operating in this sector.

To take advantage of Etihad’s promotional offer, travellers need to book their tickets before January 10 and buy them by February 1, for travel up to the June 17.

The launch of the Abu Dhabi based airline’s new promotion from Kuwait via Abu Dhabi comes in the midst of its expansion strategy, which is set to improve its competitive offering that will ultimately benefit its customers and position Etihad Airways as a preferred carrier, Magdi Labib, Etihad Airways’ Kuwait country manager, said.

The airline further unveils its exciting fares bound for various continents. Outlining its geographic reach, Etihad's fares start from KD180 to New York and KD100 fares to Europe, where better connectivity timings are also offered to a wide range of cities, Labib noted.

“Our new promotional fares mirror our commitment to further developing Etihad’s operations in Kuwait, in addition to catering to the growing demand from business and leisure travellers for flights to many popular international destinations.”

“We always focus on providing greater convenience and value to our customers and this is a natural extension of that effort. The capabilities of Etihad will enhance our customers' travel experiences and we are delighted to be able to offer this to our valued customers,' added Labib.-TradeArabia News Service
