Etihad Holidays, a division of Etihad Airways, has announced special deals to Cyprus as part of its latest vacation packages covering some of the most spectacular corners of the world.
Holidays to the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus start at Dh1,525 ($415) with three nights accommodation at the four-star Mediterranean Beach Hotel, said a statement from Etihad Holidays.
Extra nights are just Dh225 per person per night for those wanting to enjoy more time soaking up the wide variety of museums and archaeological sites on offer in the Limassol district, it said.
Three nights accommodation at the luxurious Elysium, a five star deluxe hotel with picturesque views, start at Dh1,945.
With a world-class spa on offer and the ‘Tombs of the Kings’ within walking distance, this package is the ideal getaway to one of Cyprus’s most treasured locations.
A day trip around the bustling capital Nicosia also offers the perfect opportunity for enthusiastic shoppers to take in the 19th century ‘folk neighbourhood’ with its souvenir shops and tavernas.
Tony Gauci, head of Etihad Holidays, said Cyprus was a wonderful travel destination which offered an exciting mix of activities as well as relaxation for those wanting to just enjoy some time away to recharge.
"With its sunshine, stunning blue waters and true Cypriot hospitality, we are delighted to be bringing great holiday deals to this part of the world for our customers," he commented.
"A Greek or Turkish adventure is also available with holiday deals to Athens and Istanbul. Whether its art, history, archaeology or nature that’s of interest, Istanbul is a city that offers an unforgettable holiday experience," he added.
Holidays in the four-star Nippon Hotel start at Dh2,200 for three nights, inclusive of a 20 per cent discount on food and beverage for Etihad Holiday guests. Or take advantage of one of the ‘Hot Deals’ to enjoy the luxurious W Hotel Istanbul at Dhs 3,190 for three nights.
All Etihad Holiday hotels in Istanbul offer complimentary breakfast and airport transfers as well as a free half day boat cruise on the beautiful Bosphorus.
Separating Europe and Asia, the traditional excursion along the Bosphorus offers views of old wooden villas, marble palaces, fortresses and small fishing villages which line the banks of the river.
Three nights at the Anthanaeum InterContinental Athens begin at Dh2,890 with Etihad Holidays guests receiving a bonus opportunity of a free room upgrade to the deluxe room category.
Other offers across Europe include three nights in the three-star Mercure Paris Montmartre at Dh3,345. Or if discovering the magic and excitement of Disneyland in Paris is on the agenda then a three night stay in Disney’s Santa Fe starts at Dh3,995, the statement added.-TradeArabia News Service
