Six Senses unveils corporate wellness menu
Doha, December 17, 2009
Six Senses Spa at luxury hotel Sharq Village & Spa in Doha has launched a corporate wellness menu, to cater to the needs of busy professionals who find it hard to get away from their desks.
Implemented by wellness coordinator Carryn Todd, the list of holistic activities on the Six Senses Spa corporate wellness menu has been designed to provide benefits guaranteed to increase productivity and to improve overall results in the office, said a statement.
The corporate wellness menu offers corporate customers a flexible programme whereby the treatment is taken to them.
Using a mobile team of therapists, this quick energy fix can be carried out in a meeting room, at a desk or outdoors in the fresh air. The experts at Six Senses can also design bespoke programmes for a group or an individual at the spa during time off.
Six Senses Spa Doha also offers a quick shot of creativity and motivation to meetings with its corporate wellness – meeting add-ons which can include anything from a 10 to 15 minute ‘ice breaker’, which consists of members sitting in a chain massaging each other shoulders under the guidance of a therapist, to a 20 minutes ‘Energy Chair’ treatment which is an ‘at desk’ treatment designed to get rid of headaches.
Under the guidance of newly appointed Six Senses Spa wellness coordinator Carryn Todd this program will be offered to all corporate customers. In addition, corporate vouchers are available which provide a unique way of demonstrating a company’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of its employees.
Six Senses Spa Doha can design a tailored program to give as a corporate gift for any clients or staff members.
In her new position as Wellness Coordinator, Carryn will be able to dedicate her full attention to guests’ wellness assessments and be able to prescribe a course of wellness treatments to combat a whole host of ailments such as Psoriasis, food allergies, Candida, stress and obesity, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
